Meal for whole day

Wow, what I have eat for the whole day?
Breakfast: cheese bread,
lunch:prawn mee,
desserts: ice-cream, ferrero rocher, cheese biscuit
dinner: prawn mee, wain, mango juice
I think if I continue having all this food for a few days, I sure put on weight again.
