A new study from American Cancer Society researchers found out that sitting for more than six hours a day while relaxing can cause death to women. If a women sit for more than six hours a day durig their leisure time, doing activities like watching television, surfing internet, reading novel and other may have higher death rates. The study also showed that even thought daily exercise doesn't affect the risk. Long sitting times will cause undesirable consequences such as obesity, cholesterol, cardiovascular and other chronic diseases. So, public should reduce the sitting times and exercise more in order to have healthly livestyle.
Comment: Long sitting time brings harm to us too. After sitting for several hours, we should stand up, walk around or do other exercise. But, it is better for us not sitting for a longer period especially sitting in front of the laptop, computer or television.
